Girly Bits What Happens in Vegas and Off the Scale Swatches and Review

 press sample
Okay folks...revoke my nail blogger license! Poor planning on my part! When I returned home from Cosmoprof North America, I literally plotted out the next 20 days of posts. I laid everything out on the floor in a grid (sadly, I'm not kidding.) And yet I still miserably missed an opportunity to show you Girly Bits What Happens in Vegas...Ends up on Facebook before it went on sale Monday and quickly SOLD OUT!! This extremely limited edition polish was created by Pam just for the bloggers who attended the show (total awesomeness, right?!!). Pam (yes, I met THE Pam) gifted each of us minis of this shade along with Off the Scale. Thank you, Pam!!

Since I'm a day late and a dollar short, I'll show you the one you can actually get first. Off the Scale is an ultrafine glitter top coat made of blues, teals and purples. You can build it to full-coverage in three coats, but I decided to use it as a topper over Precision Lacquer Surfin in Maliblue, a clean slightly-green blue creme (look for swatches soon). It was surprisingly dense. This is one coat of Off the Scale with one coat of HK Girl. I love delicate glitters like this! Pam is so talented.

Girly Bits Off the Scale

What Happens in Vegas...Ends Up on Facebook is a dusty mauve shimmer. It's really unique. The base is slightly holographic and shimmery at the same time, yet it's overlayed with these purpley-blue color shifting glitters. You have to enlarge the pic to really appreciate it. It's subtle (I wore it to work!) but cool at the same time. My swatch is three coats. Sorry in advance that this is no longer available. I belong in like blogger jail or something.

So thank goodness that in spite of my buffoonary, you can still get one of these shades.

Off the Scale is available for $10 through Girly Bits Cosmetics. You can also follow Girly Bits through facebook and twitter. Please do me a favor and check out Pam's awesomeness as penance for my ignorance! You won't regret it!
