It's a Trap-eze was a polish I was really looking forward to...it reminds me of the Nails, Inc. Sprinkles Collection (which I don't have). It's a Trap-eze is a milky white/bluish base with multi-colored small hex and round glitters. I used two coats but really gingerly polished each one so I didn't pull the glitter off the nail.
Water You Waiting For...um...LOVE this one. It's finely milled blue, green and purple glitter in a sheer blue base. I've never seen this combo before. It's stunning and so sparkly in person. It really reminds me of crystal clear ocean water. I'm wearing two coats of Water You Waiting For and two coats of Seche Vite to make it smooth.
Running in Circles...wowza. It almost seems like the glass fleck is duochrome. Is that even possible? It shines green, blue and gold in the bottle. It wasn't as obvious on the nail, but it's still a beautiful polish and I don't have anything similar in my stash.
Get Carried Away...the problem child. It's a sheer watered-down black base with silver, black and maybe pink (?) microglitter, hexes and bars. I really didn't know what to do with this one. I tried to layer it over several colors but the mani came out looking dirty. Here I'm showing three coats of Get Carried Away and a coat of Seche Vite. That's it...no underwear. I considered layering it over black, but I suspect too much of the cool details would be lost. I just can't get excited about this one. It even makes my skin look weird! If you have a successful mani using Get Carried Away, I'd love to see it. Email me or post it to the work / play / polish Facebook.
Whirled Away is a black/white glitter in a clear base. It has bars and small hexes in black and larger hexes in white. Believe it or not, this is my FIRST black/white concoction - so I was really looking forward to it. Big letdown though. I've layered it here over Creative Fantasy. I just had a lot of trouble getting anything to stick to my nail. I understand that with a big, sparse glitter that some fishing is required...but I couldn't even get the smaller hexes and bars on the nail. It was weird. Check out all those bubbles! Maybe I just don't have enough experience with polish like this.
So my fave out of this batch is Water You Waiting For. What's yours?
