Sadly, my mom died very unexpectedly five years ago at the age of 56. A box of her "nail stuff" has been sitting in my garage, untouched, until recently. This is the first time I've really felt like I could go through it. So in this box, which is mostly acrylic nail supplies, is a bottle of Zoya polish. Amazingly, it is still PERFECTLY polishable (just like new with no thinner!) It's an awesome candy apple red creme that I would totally wear today. I have searched the internet for the year Zoya changed their bottle design...but I'm not having any luck.
Mom may have purchased the bottle later on, but it would be really special to me if it was something she bought while doing nails. I'm going to send an email to Zoya. I'm hopeful they can help me solve this mystery. Can any of you help? There isn't a name on the bottle. Did the polishes have names then? What year is this from?
I purposely didn't clean the bottle...so it's still "dusty". I plan to only use it once a year (maybe Mother's Day?) and I didn't want to waste a drop. [click all to enlarge]
